The last couple of runs in April saw Claire and I participate in the Wardle Skyline race, a jolly fine race with a long pelt of a descent, and a nice run with Ted up Clough Head from Threlkeld when returning from Scotland after celebrating the birthdays of Ronnie and Joseph's 70th.

A bit of a quiet week thus far, but Claire is competing in the Anniversary Waltz tomorrow, the last sadly, with support from Ted and I. Ted has not long been freshly trimmed ready for some running in The Lakes.
Claire's racing in the Clough Head fell race which also happens to be an English Champs race.

Yours truly's next race is in fact The Cake Race which I'm organising; only 250 runners. Gulp...
