Once again I bemoan the lack of service from Macclesfield Radio Cars in terms of their being on time and for that matter people on the phone not lying to you. In terms of taxis in Macclesfield they have to be the worse in terms of firm.
When ordering a Macclesfield taxi beware of this firm, in that the firm clearly seems to over book or not have a care when committing to supplying taxis for customers. Many an occasion has occurred when the taxi is incredibly late, with no explanation, and when challenged the firm lies as tothe location of the taxi or it being on time.
I find it frustrating that there does not seem to be a care of for that matter a complaints system.
Certainly not this kind of service...
