A MAGICAL WALK TO THE TOP OF INGLEBOROUGH

Yesterday saw a great walk with friends of Mr Steve Baker (Mr Pete Higgins also in attendence) from the beautiful village of Austwick, taking in Ingleborough, and dropping down to the also beautiful village of Clapham, then back to the pub in Austwick. Notable points being that it was a rather damp, windy, cold, drizzle led asent to the top of Ingleborough, and one was not able to see past 20 metres. Lovely. But on heading down the “clag” cleared to result in a pleasant and picturesque walk. As to the companions? All good company, and I include the four legged ones as well.
