Yesterday saw the Fairfield horseshoe fell race that I sadly did not run in. Mind you I had a lovely time eating cake and drinking coffee at Rydal Hall after the race started with Lorna and Matt Watson. Beautiful day, and Lorna took the best photo of Ted I have seen.

My posting has been late as a lot has gone on – parents, business blah, blah, blah. But nice to be posting back on my blog. In terms of today I am aiming to run at least 15 miles with the rucksack as practice for the Saunders later on in summer in The Lakes. Claire sadly is working away on teaching stuff in the study. Mind you she had a great run yesterday!
