Well the saga continues as to Macclesfield Radio Cars, or Macc Radio Cars. After the debarcle roughly a week ago nothing has been heard as to their service levels, or for that matter customer service. My main point is as follows. The firm is constantly late when it comes to honouring arrival times for taxis, which can be quite fundamental. Having spoken to at least one driver, this is due to too much work being taken on, and in my opinion also lies with a lack of honesty. Why can the firm not give approximate times, or for that matter give anticipated times between which a taxi is likely to arrive?
As a sales director I would not hire them on a personal or business basis. A great shame for what used to be a great firm.
