As we head toward Christmas I would advise those looking for a tax in Macclesfield not to use Macclesfield Radio Cars, for the simple reason that the service they provide is dire. On phoning the office you will commonly be given a time that bears no resembkance to the time at which the taxi arrives. And on phoning the office to ask where the taxi is, do not be surprised if you are told that it is not far away, and other lies. Macclesfield Radio Cars prides itself on service and I find this frustrating when you have to deal with the reality.
I sincerely hope people vote with their feet and use another taxi firm in the town.
